I know this is two days late! I apologize for that. Unfortunately life got in the way. However, I am back on track now, (hopefully), so let’s get right into it.
First off, I’ll show you my picture for this challenge!
I took this picture when the sun was setting and casting pretty patterns from the trees onto the wall of this house. I used my Fujifilm HS20 EXR to take the picture. My inspiration were the trees. I love taking pictures of tree shadows and I loved how the shadows of the leaves were cast on the wall.
Now for all of your pictures. Enjoy…
Sarah Beth, from lovesarahbethblog.wordpress.com sent in this lovely picture. She said, ”I used an iPhone 5c, believe it or not, to capture this photo. The tree in the middle of the gardens casts the shadow for the theme, so I thought it would be a wonderful example of shadows!”
Shelley (age 11) took this cool picture. Well done Shelley! I like your creativity.
Hadassah S. from Photography Phun took this awesome picture. She said, ”For this picture, I used my Canon Rebel EOS T2i and a 50mm lens. My inspiration was just my love for music, and I also love shadows and things hanging on the wall. This dulcimers were the perfect subject!”
She also sent in another very creative picture, so I have included it as well.
About this picture she said, ”When I saw the shadows of forks in our utensil bucket through our back porch door, I knew it was the perfect shot for capturing shadows! My inspiration was just my love for shadows and black and white! I used my Canon Rebel EOS T2i, and my 50mm lens.”
The last picture was sent in by James. He said ”I love the idea, this will be fun!”
Thank you all for your entries. They all came out great! I loved all of your creativity.
I am unfortunately not going to continue this challenge for the next month. I will post about it, but some exciting changes are coming to the blog, so look out for the next post if you want to know more.
Tell us in the comments what you think of all of the entries!
